Here’s how to get started 👇️ 

1. Head to NotebookLM, click “New Notebook”, and title it something like “Google Product Manager Interview Prep.” Then hit “Discover Sources” and type: “Find reliable sources to help me prepare for a Product Manager interview at Google.”

   

2. Go to Settings → Custom, and define the assistant’s behavior: Style/Voice: “Act as a career coach who challenges my answers and gives constructive feedback.” Goal: “Prepare me to confidently handle product strategy and behavioral questions at Google.”

   

3. Ask: “What are the most common product sense and behavioral questions for Google PM interviews?” Click “Save to Note”, then use the three dots → “Convert to Source” to turn these insights into reference material for later.

5. Watch your generated prep video, take notes on phrasing and tone, and use the Ask a Question bar to simulate follow-up interview rounds. For example: “Ask me a tougher version of this question.”
