Google's Gemini AI reaches more devices 📱

Google is expanding its Gemini AI assistant beyond smartphones, bringing it to smartwatches, cars, TVs, and XR headsets. Here’s everything you need to know:

  • Wear OS Smartwatches: Gemini will allow users to interact hands-free, answering queries and setting reminders without needing a phone.

  • Android Auto & Cars with Google Built-in: The AI will help drivers find destinations, read texts, and manage in-car requests through natural conversations.

  • Google TV: Gemini will provide content recommendations, educational interactions, and kid-friendly experiences.

  • Android XR Headsets: Google is integrating Gemini into Samsung’s upcoming headset, offering immersive AI-driven experiences.

This expansion positions Gemini as a unified AI layer across Android devices, competing with other AI ecosystems 📈

OpenAI brings its GPT-4.1 models to ChatGPT

OpenAI has officially integrated GPT-4.1 and GPT-4.1 mini into ChatGPT, enhancing its capabilities for coding and instruction following. These models were previously available only via OpenAI’s API but are now accessible to ChatGPT Plus, Pro, and Team subscribers

GPT-4.1 is designed to be faster and more efficient than GPT-4o, particularly in software engineering tasks. OpenAI has also introduced GPT-4.1 mini, which replaces GPT-4o mini and is available to both free and paid users 👀

This rollout comes amid growing interest in AI-powered coding tools, with OpenAI reportedly nearing a $3 billion acquisition of Windsurf, a leading AI coding platform. Additionally, OpenAI has committed to publishing AI safety evaluations more frequently through its new Safety Evaluations Hub.

Microsoft starts testing ‘Hey, Copilot!’ in Windows 🪟

Microsoft is testing a new voice activation feature for Copilot on Windows 11, allowing users to start conversations hands-free by saying “Hey, Copilot!”. This opt-in feature is rolling out to Windows Insiders who have English set as their display language 🗣️

Once enabled, users will see a floating microphone UI at the bottom of their screen and hear a chime notification when Copilot starts listening. The wake word detection is performed locally, using a 10-second audio buffer, ensuring that no audio is sent to the cloud or stored. However, an internet connection is required for Copilot to process voice commands 🌐

Google replacing the ‘I’m Feeling Lucky’ button with AI Mode? 👀

Google is testing a new AI Mode button in Search, which may replace the iconic “I’m Feeling Lucky” feature. Some users report seeing AI Mode inside the search bar, while others notice it replacing the “I’m Feeling Lucky” button entirely 🤖

The AI Mode button has a rotating rainbow border when hovered over, making it visually distinct. Google spokesperson Ashley Thompson confirmed that this is an experimental feature available only to Google Labs users for now.

While it’s unclear if AI Mode will permanently replace “I’m Feeling Lucky,” Google’s move suggests a shift toward AI-powered search experiences over traditional search result navigation

Put yourself into ANY outfit and picture!

Ever wondered what it would be like to be part of an iconic moment? 🤔

With Artflow, you can turn yourself into any character, in any location, wearing any outfit in just a few clicks—whether it's for fun, personal branding, or simply to visualize "what if"!

Here’s a step-by-step 👇️

  1. First, head to Artflow’s Actor Builder and upload a few images of yourself to create a digital avatar.

This is your virtual version ready to be inserted into any image!

  2. Once your actor is ready, go to the Image Studio. Select the “Edit Region” tool, then upload the image you want to add yourself into.

It can be a famous location, a movie scene, or a professional setup—practically anything you want!

  3. Now that your image is uploaded, select a brush size and paint over the area where you’d like to place yourself.

This will determine the size and pose of your avatar.

  4. In the prompt box, describe who you want to add (your actor), what they’re doing, and what they’re wearing.

For example: “Add @actor_name dancing on the street, wearing a sleek modern suit.”

  5. Now just click on “Modify” and in just a few seconds, you’ll have a new image with yourself seamlessly added into it

This is such a cool use case for AI!

Now, you can share this image on social media, use it for personal branding, presentations, or even in your portfolio.
